It is a nice studio, almost corner with Copacabana beach, less than one minute walking to the beach, 8th floor, amazing ocean side view, full equiped and furnished, air conditioning, full kitchenete with utensils, smart tv 32´ , cable tv, wi-fi, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, linens and towels provided; english, spanish and portuguese spoken. Perfect for two people. It´s very well located , in the end of Copacabana beach and begining of Ipanema (in the end of this street you will find the entrance to the Ipanema subway station), so you are in the hotspot of Rio, with all the services that you might need around, just 4 apts per floor. The building it´s nice and quiet, doorman 24 hs. The only fee that it is not charged by the airbnb it is the consume of electricity - the calculation of your consume it is made by the electricity clock, you pay only for what you consume, charged by the energy company. It is a private apartment so that you do not share with anyone other than the people who are part of the reservation. Don't bring visitors! If necessary, talk to me first. Each guest is responsible for the actual electricity consumption, calculated by the electricity clock. I don't add value. There is a tool on airbnb for this consumption to be paid, all simple and comfortable! When leaving, always turn off the lights and the air conditioning. Let's avoid waste! Very important: do not use the bathroom electric shower with the air conditioning on. The building's electrical system is old and does not support the functioning of the two together.
